We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If something isn't right, our team is here to make it right.
Order Cancellations
Because each cover is custom-made to order, cancellation requests can only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. Once your order enters production, materials are cut and manufacturing is initiated specifically for your vehicle's make, model, and year — at this point, the order can no longer be canceled or modified.
To request a cancellation, please email service@covelta.com with your order number as soon as possible.
30-Day Return Guarantee
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All tags and labels remain attached
- A valid tracking number is provided for the return shipment
What We Cover
We accept returns and issue full or partial refunds for the following:
- Stains or damage upon arrival
- Zipper malfunction
- Cracks, tears, or material defects
- Significant discrepancy between the item received and the item shown on our website
Disputes regarding color or material differences that cannot be resolved directly will be escalated to PayPal for review.
What We Don't Cover
- Items that don't fit or don't match personal preference
- Change of mind after purchase
- Promotional or clearance items — all sales are final
Non-defective returns may still be accepted, at the customer's own shipping expense, provided the item meets the return conditions listed above.
How to Start a Return
- Email service@covelta.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos clearly showing the problem
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours
- Once approved, ship the item to the return address provided by our team — do not use the address on your original package
- After shipping, email us your return tracking number
- Your refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item
